# 团队与合作伙伴

在这一节，我们重点是要澄清一个广为存在的错误概念。

团队协作精神，应当是各展所长、互为补充的高效率工作。我们不能以“团队合作”的名义，迁就或容忍那些低效率、无责任心的合作者。

我们不能保证每位合作者都和你做项目的初衷一致，我们更不能保证每位合作者都有足够的道德水平。在一个病态的团队中，低效率、抢风头、拈轻怕重的情况会时常出现。这种团队合作变成了勾心斗角的训练。这对正直的人进行严肃的研究来说，是百害而无一利的事情。当然，在这样的团队中，不太可能做出什么成果，反倒甚至会让自己沾染上一些不良的习惯。所以如果你发现你周围的环境就是这样，那么请尽快离开这样的团队。

总的说来，大学期间参加项目的过程中，重要的是正确衡量时间与精力。也许项目会给你提供一些益处，但是这些益处很可能是短浅的，近期的，并且是花费了大量时间和精力换来的。我们要正确分配时间和精力，作更值得去做的事情，不要被所谓的“项目”弄乱了自己的计划。
