# 管理者的智慧

我们身边总能找到不少浮躁的同学。他们对自己所学的专业算不上精通，又没有仔细思考过自身的兴趣、优缺点。却总对人说，自己不适合做技术，适合做管理。在我看来，这种“对管理的良好自我感觉”只是一厢情愿的错觉罢了。

管理，绝对不应该是我们在自己专业上一无是处之后的借口。通往成功管理者的道路，甚至比做技术精英来的更加艰辛！
